Join us for an energetic presentation with many real life ‘across the table’ experiences shared by Eric Armstrong, Executive Account Manager at GE Power and Water.
Eric’s presentation will be split into two parts, the first part addressing professional negotiation highlighting the key elements of negotiation strategy, including the ‘do’s and don’ts’, all presented through the stories of his own experiences bringing a sharp realism to capture your attention. You will learn how to better handle customers and gain strategy techniques and skills to negotiate smarter, enabling you to achieve and fulfil work goals.
The second part of the presentation covers personal negotiation when purchasing in one’s personal life, it highlights the rules to success and has many amusing examples. The important point here is that the rules used apply to both forms of negotiation. This is a skill that Eric knows, through his own experience, will without doubt give a professional negotiator an advantage and enhance his or her negotiation skills significantly.
