“Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction” – John Crosby
Aspire Mentoring provides a unique opportunity for members of BPS Birmingham Aspire over the age of 18 to be mentored by Future’s most talented young professionals.
The experienced and dedicated Mentoring committee runs the scheme which operates between November and April. The scheme matches mentees and mentors in Property, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Communications, HR and Recruitment, and Technology.
As a mentee, you’ll get matched with someone who can be your sounding board and on-going careers advisor. Your mentor will provide added support, and the Mentoring Committee will offer touch point events throughout the scheme, giving students and mentors an opportunity to meet in an informal setting, whilst completing training on a variety of issues.
If you’d like to find out more about the Aspire Mentoring Scheme and how you can get involved as a mentor or a mentee, please contact the Mentoring Committee via firstname.lastname@example.org.
