We welcome the latest cohort for the second prestigious Leadership Development Programme
News Categories: future
Last month we kick-started the second Leadership Development Programme, in partnership with Aston Business School, with an inspiring session from Shakespeare Martineau’s Head of Development, Jay Lutwyche (who leads their celebrated Academy).
Over the next year, the 2017 cohort – made up of an elite selection of the city’s emerging leaders from a varied cross section of the BPS sector – will receive unparalleled guidance in honing their leadership skills and style.
“Aston Business School is delighted to welcome the second cohort of the Leadership Development Programme.
Over the next nine months, academics and partners of the School will provide participants with the key concepts of leadership: to inspire them as future leaders, develop their skills and confidence, and enable them to think more clearly and creatively to better deliver corporate strategy.
We are delighted to be continuing our close partnership with BPS Birmingham Future, sharing our expertise with members, supporting Future’s commitment to addressing sector challenges and creating a lasting positive impact on the region’s business environment.”

We are excited to be partnering once again with the renowned Aston Business School to be able to provide this incredible opportunity to our members. Last year’s graduates have already gone on to begin establishing themselves as key influencers across the BPS sector, and we’re confident that our new cohort are set to follow in their footsteps!
