DBK opens Bristol office and appoints Clive Woodford to spearhead growth

DBK, part of the RPS Group, has opened an office in Bristol and appointed a high-profile property professional to spearhead its growth in the South West.
The property and construction company has recruited Clive Woodford as operations director for the office which will be co-located with RPS and its environmental services team at Aztec West.
Clive has more than 30 years’ experience in the property and construction sector, 20 of those at senior management level.
He is currently chair of the Forum for the Built Environment Great Western Branch, has been an APC assessor for RICS since 1995 and APC panel chairman since 2005.
He was formerly Bristol office managing partner at Ridge where he developed strategies for service and business development activities and led the APC graduate training programme.
In April 2016, DBK became the first project and cost management consultancy to be acquired by RPS Group Plc in the UK as part of its expansion strategy.
DBK has a ten year track record of working in the South West and already has a Bournemouth office located within the region.
The firm is currently working with a number of key clients in the South West including St Modwen Properties, Stoford Developments, Loc 8 and the St Francis Group.
